Who doesn’t love a good sundowner after a long week on the grind? A day out exploring or to wrap up your weekend getaway in some sweet little nook of the world called Estuary Restaurant. There are few places on the east coast you can watch the sunset over the water (trust us, we’ve scouted) and it’s time to let you in on a little secret (shh) … we think this is one of the best! Start (or end) your week right. Grab your mates, or make new ones. Have a yarn and enjoy our seasonal bevvies whilst listening to some of the state’s best unearthed talents as you watch the sun go down over the Hawkesbury River.

The Savannah Bar is the namesake of ‘Savannah’, a 38ft Catalina that always followed her true wind. An adventurer and socialite on the water, those aboard the Savannah had not a worry in the world, a cold beer (or the best local rum) in their hand, proclaiming ‘life is good today’.

The Savannah Bar was born out of the Sailing Savannah adventures, and as a tribute to the late Adam Martin, who built the Estuary Restaurant (est. 2015). He taught upon us, the quintessential way to do life; dream big, work smart.

To sit back, kick up your feet with a cold one, eat the freshest local produce and appreciate, in good company, what’s right in front of you. This is the essence of The Savannah Bar. Cheers
